Install the extension

Choose what you're booking (e.g. Alicante → CNP Alicante TIE → Toma de Huellas). Save your NIE, name, email, mobile.

The extension walks the entire booking flow in a hidden tab — all the way to the availability screen. If slots are free, the tab pops forward, plays a sound, and fires a sticky notification so you can book immediately.

NIE, name, mobile, email
Live only in your browser's local storage. We have no database of applicants. When the extension runs a check, these fields go directly from your Chrome to the Spanish sede — exactly as if you'd typed them into the form yourself.
Your .p12 certificate
Lives in your operating system's keychain. The extension cannot read it. Chrome uses it directly to authenticate with Cl@ve. We never see your certificate, your private key, or any derived credential.
Check results & history
Every appointment check is processed in your browser. The result stays on your device. We don't know when you checked, what you found, or which trámite you're tracking.
No analytics, no trackers
No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No advertising SDKs. No session replay. The website loads three files: the page, the CSS, and the language dictionary. Check the source — it's not hidden.
What we do store
Only two things, both billing-related: your license key (to validate your subscription) and the email you paid with (to send you the key and receipts). That's it.
Open-source behaviour
The extension's code is shipped unminified in the Chrome package. Any developer can unpack it and audit exactly what it sends and where. We have nothing to hide — our privacy model works because we built it to work, not because you trust our word.

Questions
Does this actually book the appointment for me?
No — it detects availability and alerts you instantly so you can book. This keeps you in control and keeps the tool squarely within the sede's acceptable-use norms.
Will I get blocked or banned from Extranjería?
The extension runs inside your own Chrome browser with your own residential IP and your own cert — exactly like a person refreshing. It polls at reasonable intervals (10 min minimum) and uses randomised delays to look natural.
I already have a .p12 certificate. Do I need anything else?
Just install it in macOS Keychain (or Windows Certificate Manager) and set it to auto-select for pasarela.clave.gob.es. The extension includes a step-by-step guide.
How does the subscription work?
€100/year, billed annually via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the paid period. Most users get their TIE appointment within weeks and cancel before the renewal, which is fine.
What happens if I don't get an appointment?
If the tool fails to catch a slot within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. We're confident in it.
How does activation work?
After purchase you'll receive a license key like TIE-ABCD-EFGH-JKMN. Paste it into the extension's settings page with the email you bought with, and click Activate. The key locks to that specific browser install. If you try to activate the same key on a second browser or computer, it'll be rejected — that's how we enforce one-license-one-device.
Can I use one license on multiple computers?
No — each license is bound to a single browser on a single device. When you activate your key, it's locked to that install. This keeps pricing fair: one license, one person, one device. If you need to move to a new computer (e.g. you replaced your laptop), email support and we'll transfer it free of charge.
Do you store my NIE, name, or personal data?
No. All personal fields (NIE, name, email, mobile, cert) live only in your browser's local storage. Our server only knows your license key and the email used for purchase.
